All vehicles have GPS systems, which makes viewing homes as easy as possible. Now you do not have to worry about getting lost while searching for a new home and wasting your valuable time.
Computer terminals are at each desk and back up automatically to a central computer, which also has a backup. All laptops are for remote access purposes only and have no personal data on them. If we have a laptop stolen from one of our cars, none of your information will be on it. They are simply slaves to the main frame that we use for password protected remote access. We can write contracts, print documents, send efaxes and emails, and access the Multiple Listing Service all from any location.
High-speed scanners that process pages at a rate of 30 pages a minute have made fax machines as outdated as typewriters are. We scan each document in a transaction and convert them into easily readable pdf files. These can be emailed or sent via e-fax with a moments notice. Unlike faxes, pdf documents in email form do not loose clarity when sending important documents back and forth.
While viewing images from our local MLS we use a projector and a 100-inch diagonal screen set up in a room where the whole family can see photos of your new home search. Try getting everyone around a 17-inch computer monitor and you will appreciate the difference.
We serve the Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary/Apex, Hillsborough and Mebane areas and are members of three MLS services - the Triangle MLS, the Alamance MLS, and the Triad MLS all of which provides our clients with the ultimate in homes inventory and listing exposure.
